Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final, so please choose your candles carefully—we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages & Defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at bababoogs.shop@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after returned items are received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible.
